Media Bias Effecting Awareness of Important Issues

This summary article explains why most media outlets don’t accurately report information about important political realities.  Topics include explaining who the people are that most control the media, as well as their reasons, means, and methods of controlling it.

Mainstream media is controlled by political elites through secretive political organizations, tax-exempt foundations, and special interest groups

Information tends to travel through a series of filters before it is reported by most media outlets.  These filters include political elites who own and support the media outlets, political organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), tax exempt foundations such as the Ford Foundation, and special interest groups— all of which have an interest in censoring, altering, or limiting the information being reported.





This video segment from the documentary “Behind the Big News” describes how the powerful political organization the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) controls and distorts information put out by mainstream news sources in order to protect wide ranging Establishment interests and objectives.  Issues explained include the CFR being founded in 1921 by J.P. Morgan, the fact that most major individuals in the news media are members of the organization, and the CFR’s many deceptive globalist objectives.

The placement of “controlled opposition” as communicators

One of the most common tactics the ruling elite uses is the placement of “controlled opposition” communicators who are used to disseminate disinformation to their trusting audiences.



Deception at the Million Mom March


This video clip from the documentary “Behind the Big News” explains how a publicity stunt created by gun disarmament advocates for an event called the “Million Mom March” used deceptive techniques for creating an illusion in the media of having more popular support than it actually had.

In the weeks before the event, many major news reports were used to create public interest, and the public was continually told that its organizer Donna Dees-Thomases was only a “suburban housewife and political novice” who was shocked into action after watching the televised aftermath of a shooting at a day care center.  In reality, Dees-Thomases is a political veteran who is a Congressional staffer and a publicist for CBS News that is a “shrewd, well-connected player for the media elite.”

Also, despite lackluster attendance at the event, the media promoted an illusion of a “nationwide demand” for imposing more gun laws.  It is explained that the global elite’s agenda of confiscating the guns of the citizens of the United States is a part of their agenada of setting up a world goverment.

The use of “distraction journalism”

”Distraction journalism” is the practice of criticizing issues that have been pre-selected to be “demonized” in order to draw attention away from other more important issues.  The effects of distraction journalism are so widespread that it often clouds the focus of many well-meaning activists who otherwise would not be supportive of many issues and politicians if they were better informed.

A good example of distraction journalism would be much of the media’s criticism of unethical journalism practices at Fox News, when in fact the rest of the mainstream media also engages in as extreme of corrupt practices with the only difference being that they conceal doing so more effectively.  [Note: March 1, 2020— This paragraph was written over ten years ago when Fox News was more routinely singled out as being “biased.”  At the moment Fox news is not criticized as much, and now CNN has stepped up to the plate as being the designated “boogeyman,” although most mainstream media outlets are now behaving similarly to CNN.]

Another example of distraction journalism would be the media’s focusing on criticizing the obvious corruptions of the Bush Administration while not discussing or even denying wrongdoings of the Obama Administration— including activities that are advancing the same agendas that the Bush Administration had been following.  Many of the corrupt individuals who had been associated with the Bush Administrations are the same people who are now associated with Obama’s Administration.  See the article Globalist Establishment Aspects of the Obama Administration.







Journalists and media outlets often fail to report current problems because doing so would expose the fact that they did not previously report issues leading up to those problems

Journalists and media outlets often “self-censor” due to previously failing to report issues which have led up to current problems.  Alternative media and activists must communicate the missing information effectively enough to raise public awareness to a threshold of forcing mainstream media to overcome the embarrassment of previously neglecting to report about such issues.







The more serious the crimes commited by the government, the less likely they are to be accurately reported by the media



A horrible reality is the fact that the more serious the crimes committed by the global elite are, the more likely those crimes will be covered up by the media. This creates an environment which makes it necessary for them to commit increasingly heinous acts in order to get away with doing so.







The importance of members of the media who wish to communicate important suppressed information coordinating for concurrently “coming out” in large numbers

Many journalists and other members of the media “self-censor” due to fears of reprisals or lack of promotions.  When well-known journalists and celebrities make public statements about controversial issues which are not fully understood by the general public, it tends to generate much controversy and difficulty for those speaking out due to backlash arising from their individually speaking about such issues.  The best way to circumvent such problems is for such individuals to first coordinate and then concurrently come out in large numbers, which will serve to generate even more interest in the topic and reduce the amount of potential backlash experienced by each individual.
