None Dare Call it Conspiracy
None Dare Call it Conspiracy by Gary Allen and Larry Abraham.

[Note: September 13, 2022— Typos in the text of the article have been fixed.]

”None Dare Call it Conspiracy” by Gary Allen and Larry Abraham is a book of great importance, having upset the ruling Western political Establishment by exposing much of their secretive underlying history and agendas that control the political processes of the United States and much of the rest of the world.  The book was light-years ahead of its time when it was published in 1971.  The information in the book is surprising and it can even seem far-fetched to the uninitiated, however the information is accurate and well documented.

The first few chapters of the book contain preparatory information meant to acclimate uninitiated readers, followed by delving deeply into historical information explaining agendas of the little-known global elite.  Surprisingly to many, the book shows how this group of Establishment insiders has historically been responsible for secretively implementing and then supporting the totalitarian Communist regimes in Russia, China, and much of the rest of the world, and it is explained how globalist philosophies which are currently being implemented call for a similar uniform system of government to eventually be imposed on the entire populace of the planet in a totalitarian “New World Order.”

This article summarizes many major points of each of the chapters of this book.  The book may be purchased here.

This page is part of the article A Summary of Long Term Globalist Establishment Agendas of the Global Elite.

Chapter One - Don’t Confuse Me with Facts

This introductory chapter gives a variety of information describing and criticizing a common human nature of people not wanting to accept information that is contrary to what they are already familiar with, as well as comparing and contrasting two general theories of how history unfolds— with it either being viewed as a collection of “accidents,” or as being more or less planned to happen as it does.

Following are key points from the chapter:

— The contents of the book are explained to be similar to revealing the answer to a child’s puzzle of a “hidden picture” within a picture.

— Many Americans are frustrated with the political situation that never seems to change no matter who is in office, however few are aware of the underlying causes of the problem.

— People have differing theories of how history unfolds, either viewing it mostly as a collection of accidental events, or mostly as a collection of planed events.  FDR said, “In politics, nothing happens by accident.  If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.”

— Following is text from the chapter describing why the commonly accepted “accidental” view of history should be thought of as being foolish, and it also comments about the reluctance of people to embrace new and contrary information:

[W]hy does every recent administration make the same mistakes as the previous ones?  Why do they repeat the errors of the past which produce inflation, depressions, and war?  Why does our State Department “stumble” from one Communist-aiding “blunder” to another?  If you believe it is all an accident or the result of mysterious and unexplainable tides of history, you will be regarded as an “intellectual” who understands that we live in a complex world.  If you believe that something like 32,496 consecutive coincidences over the past forty years stretches the law of averages a bit, you are a kook!

Why is it that virtually all “reputable” scholars and mass media columnists and commentators reject the cause and effect or conspiratorial theory of history?  ..  While professors and pontificators profess to be tolerant and broadminded, in practice it’s strictly a one way street— with all traffic flowing left.  A Maoist can be tolerated by Liberals or Ivory Towerland or by the Establishment’s media pundits, but to be a conservative, and a conservative who propounds a conspiratorial view, is absolutely VERBOTEN! ...

...

..  Some conspiratorialists do indeed overdraw the picture by expanding the conspiracy (from the small clique which it is) to include every local knee-jerk liberal activist and government bureaucrat.  Or, because of racial or religious bigotry, they will take fragments of legitimate evidence and expand them into a conclusion that will support their particular prejudice, i.e., the conspiracy is totally “Jewish,” “Catholic,” or “Masonic.”  These people do not help to expose the conspiracy, but, sadly play into the hands of those who want the public to believe that all conspiratorialists are screwballs.

— Professor Carroll Quigley of the Foreign Service School at Georgetown University is explained, where he is described as a rare exception in the world of academia who actually publishes truly relevant information about the inner workings of the political Establishment, including his 1,300 page, 8 pound book “Tragedy and Hope.”  It is explained that Quigley is himself one of those insiders that he describes.  [Note: Professor Quigley is widely recognized as being a mentor to Bill Clinton.  Relevant quotes from the writings of Quigley are show later the book as well, such as his admitting that the politial Establishment is aligned with Communism.]

Professor Quigley discloses:

I know of the operations of this network because I have studied it for twenty years and was permitted for two years, in the early 1960’s, to examine the papers and secret records.  I HAVE NO AVERSION TO IT OR MOST OF ITS AIMS AND HAVE FOR MUCH OF MY LIFE, BEEN CLOSE TO IT AND TO MANY OF ITS INSTRUMENTS.  I have objected, both in the past and recently, to a few of its policies ...  but in general my chief difference of opinion is that IT WISHES TO REMAIN UNKNOWN, and I believe its role in history is significant enough to be known.  (Emphasis Added)

The authors of the book then explain about his quote:

We agree, its role in history does deserve to be known.  That is why we have written this book.  However, we most emphatically disagree with this network’s aim which the Professor describes as “nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole.”  In other words, this power mad clique wants to control and rule the world.  Even more frightening, they want total control over all individual actions.  As Professor Quigley observes: “...  his [the individual’s] freedom of choice will be controlled within very narrow alternatives by the fact that he will be numbered from birth and followed, as a number, through his educational training, his required military or other public service, his tax contributions, his health and medical requirements, and his final retirement and and death benefits.”  It wants control over all natural resources, business, banking, and transportation by controlling the governments of the world.  In order to accomplish these aims the conspirators have no qualms about fomenting wars, depressions and hatred.  They want a monopoly which would eliminate all competitors and destroy the free enterprise system.  And Professor Quigley, of Harvard, Princeton, and Georgetown, approves!

— It is then explained that there are others in academia who are aware of the agendas of the Establishment, but the truth about such matters usually does not propagate far due to a number of reasons, including such individuals rationalizing fears of being ridiculed or being denied social climbing or professional opportunities.

Chapter Two - Socialism— Royal Road to Power for the Super Rich

This chapter describes how tyrants throughout recent centuries have made use of the structures of socialism and Communism in order to consolidate power over nations, and the topic is introduced of powerful individuals making up the Western capitalist political Establishment taking part in a conspiracy to create and spread Communism to nations of the world during the past century in order to subjugate and exploit those nations.  It is explained that speaking about such a conspiracy is considered to be taboo by the Establishment media and academia, and an overview of the many comparative benefits offered by the political system created by the U.S. Constitution as drafted by the Founding Fathers is explained.

Following are key points from the chapter:

— Adolph Hitler and Vladamir Lenin both came from poor upbringings and schemed to conquer the world, and other historical figures such as Julius Caesar came from extremely wealthy backgrounds and had the same desires.  It is explained that most normal people do not have such exploitive desires, and it raises the question of the possibility existing of certain extremely wealthy people finding people such as Hitler and Stalin to use as pawns for carrying out their plans.

— This book details how a conspiracy has existed by the Western political Establishment to secretively spread Communism to nations of the Earth, and describing the conspiracy to others can be like what it must have felt for Christopher Columbus to explain to people that the world is not flat.

— From the text:

You can believe anything you want about Communism except that it is a conspiracy run by men from the respectable world.  People will often say to an active anti-Communist: “I can understand your concern with Communism, but the idea that a Communist conspiracy is making great inroads in the United States is absurd.  The American people are anti-Communist.  They’re not about to buy Communism.  It’s understandable to be concerned about Communism in Africa or Asia or South America with their tremendous poverty, ignorance and disease.  But to be concerned about Communism in the United States where the vast majority of people have no sympathy with it whatsoever is a misspent concern.”

— The view explained in the preceding quote is a logical argument from a person who does not know background information about the realities of the situation, and while most Americans agree that Communism is not a healthy system of government, they usually cannot agree on “why” they think that way, which serves to help the continued spread of the ideology.

— The authors give their definition of Communism and explain that they will prove that it is the only valid definition: “Communism: An international, conspiratorial, drive for power on the part of men in high places willing to bring about their desired aim— global conquest.”

— The authors mention to notice that the definition does not mention Marx, Engels, Lenin, etc., and also to notice that the definition does not mention the “techniques” of Communism, and they go on to state: “Unless we understand the conspiratorial nature of Communism, we don’t understand it at all.  We will be eternally fixated at the Gus Hall level of Communism.  And that’s not where it’s at, baby!”

— Following is from the chapter:

The way to bring down the wrath of the Liberal press establishment or the professional Liberals is simply to use the word conspiracy in relation to Communism.  We are not supposed to believe that Communism is a political conspiracy.  We can believe anything else that we wish to about it.  We can believe that it is brutal, tyrannical, evil, or even that it intends to bury us, and we will win the plaudits of the vast majority of the American people.  But don’t ever, ever use the word conspiracy if you expect applause, for that is when the wrath of Liberaldom will be unleashed against you.  We are not disallowed from believing in all types of conspiracy, just modern political conspiracy.

— The political Establishment is compared to being essentially the same as street thugs and the mafia, but with the difference being that they come from moneyed and educated backgrounds, and it is explained that historically every conspirator has two things in common with every other conspirator: They must be an accomplished liar and a far-seeing planner.

— Communism is based on two big lies, the first being the claim that Communism is inevitable, and the second being the claim that Communism is a movement of the downtrodden masses rising up against exploitive bosses.

— Americans would never think that Communism would be implemented in the United States, but they do often think that Socialism is inevitable.  Karl Marx and Joseph Stalin theorized that before Communism can be established, first “Socialism” needs to be put into place, with the definition of socialism being the elimination of private property, the dissolution of the family unit, and the destruction of religion.  Socialism is used as “bait” or an “excuse” to establish a dictatorship which is claimed by the dictators that will eventually naturally dissolve on its own accord, thus giving way to Communism.  Communists almost always label themselves only as socialists.

— The Founding Fathers of the United States originally designed the Constitution so the fruits of one person’s labor could not be taken by the government and given to another person.  Thomas Jefferson said: “In questions of power than let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution,” meaning that if the government was not enslaved, then the people soon would be.  It was Jefferson’s view that government governs best that governs least, with the role of government initially only being to provide a national defense and court system.  The “chains” Jefferson spoke of have been burst long ago in a move toward a collectivist government.

— The Establishment elite who are promoting socialism and Communism have no intention of living under the restrictions of those systems, but rather they plan to use such systems to exploit the people of the world.  The idea of socialism being a share-the-wealth program is only a scam to get people to surrender their freedoms to a collectivist government.  While people are being told that they are moving toward paradise on Earth, they are actually building a jail for themselves.

— Communism in the Soviet Union is described as being a tiny group of oligarchical elite on the top controlling the total wealth, production, and lives of the rest.  Mr. Brezhnev doesn’t live like one of the poor peasants on the Russian Steppe, but according to the Socialist theory he is supposed to do so.

— Once it is understood that socialism actually means “consolidate and control the wealth,” rather than “share the wealth,” it is easy to see that there is no paradox in the most super rich of the capitalists promoting socialism.  Socialism is not a movement of the downtrodden, but rather of the economic elite.

— The U.S. Constitution broke up governmental power in every way possible, with many aspects of people’s lives such as charity and education being put out of governmental control, and under that system it would be impossible for a dictatorship to form due to no branch being able to hold a majority of power.  Thomas Hobbes noted: “Freedom is government divided into small fragments.”  Before Woodrow Wilson was controlled by the Establishment, he said, “The history of liberty is a history of the limitations of governmental power, not the increase of it,” and the English historian Lord Action said, “Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

— What is happening in the United States is a move toward power consolidation to an all-powerful “socialist” government that can squeeze out competition.  To have a worldwide monopoly, a worldwide socialist government must exist.  “Communism” is not about a movement of the downtrodden masses, but rather a movement created and manipulated by power seeking billionaires in order to gain control of the world, through eventually a “Great Merger” consolidating the nations of the world into a single socialized body that is controlled by the global elite through their private banks and the United Nations.

Chapter Three - The Money Manipulators

This chapter gives an overview of the significance of the role of international bankers and central banks in controlling nations and governments.  The activities of the European international banker Meyer Rothschild during the 19th century is explained, detailing how his interests became extremely wealthy through financing wars between European nations.  When the United States was formed, the Founding Fathers wanted the country to avoid the influence of international bankers by ensuring that only Congress could be allowed to print money and set interest rates, however this was eventually bypassed in 1912 by the establishment of the Federal Reserve System through the corrupt efforts of powerful industrialists such as J.P. Morgan.  The Federal Reserve gives private control of the United States economy to the Industrialists who created it, and it has been used to intentionally create events such as the Great Depression in 1929.

Following are key points from the chapter:

— It is explained that no account of history can be truly “objective,” including this book, but facts in this book are chosen to be hilighted and pieced together in a way that reveals an accurate big picture of cause and effect which is often ignored by other historians.

— In order to understand the conspiracy, it is first important to understand some facts about banking and “international bankers.”  As with all banks, international banks that give loans to entire governments need to have some sort of collateral from those governments, and for such collateral the banks take a portion of the sovereignty of those countries, such as taking control of the political influence and policies of the governments.  If a ruler gets out of line and does not cooperate with the terms, a banker would usually finance his enemy or rival, therefore to be able to stay in business in such as king-financing business, it is wise to have an enemy or rival always waiting in the wings to potentially unseat the ruler that the money is being loaned to.

— Meyer Rothchild became extremely wealthy during the nineteenth century by financing the countries of Europe to fight each other.  “They grouped nations so that if any king got out of line a war would break out and the war would be decided by which way the financing went.  Researching the debt positions of the warring nations will usually indicate who was to be punished.”

— One of the reasons for the historical blackout of the activities of the international bankers is because of concerns of anti-semitism due to the Rothchild family being Jewish.  However, anti-semites have played into the hands of the conspiracy by attempting to falsely portray the entire conspiracy as being Jewish despite most of the fundamental figures being Anglo-Saxon, such as the Rockefellers and Morgans.  “[I]t is just as unreasonable and immoral to blame all Jews for the crimes of the Rothchilds as it is to hold all Baptists accountable for the crimes of the Rockefellers.”  Jewish members of the conspiracy have used organizations such as the Anti-Defamation League to proclaim that any mention of Rothchilds or their allies should be interpreted as an attack on all Jewish people, and as such they have stifled much honest research on the activities of international bankers by making the subject taboo to speak about in Universities.  However, no one should be more angry with the Rothchilds than Jewish people, due to the fact that the associated Warburg family financed Adolph Hitler.  “As a group, Jews have suffered most at the hands of the these power seekers.  A Rothchild has more in common with a Rockefeller than he does with a tailor from Budapest or the Bronx.”

— A keystone of international banking empires is the financing of wars, and it has been a common practice of the financiers to finance both sides of the bloodiest military conflicts, such as the American Civil War.

— The financiers know that the key to controlling a government is to control its money supply, and the central banks of the various European nations such as the Bank of England, Bank of France, and Bank of Germany were not owned by their respective countries as they appear to be due to their names, but rather they are privately owned monopolies.

— When the United States was formed, those who controlled the European central banks wanted to establish a presence in the United States, and Thomas Jefferson wrote to John Adams: “...  I sincerely believe, with you, that the banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies ...”

— Despite attempts for a central bank being initially abolished by Andrew Jackson in 1836, European financiers including the Rothchilds managed to gain control of the U.S. Banks to a large degree anyway.  J.P. Morgan was an associate of the Rothchilds, and he along with Paul Warburg created a series of banking panics in 1907 in order try to convince the populace that the United States needed a central bank, and Nelson Aldrich who was known as “Morgan’s floor broker in the Senate” arranged a meeting in 1910 of the wealthiest industrialists in the country to create plans for forming the United States Federal Reserve System, which would allow them to take control of the United States economy.

— After the plans were made for the formation of the Federal Reserve, the bankers needed a way to push the legislation through Congress, and they needed a Democrat to be President in order for that to happen due to Republicans being too closely associated with banking corruption at the time.  The popular President Taft was against the formation of the Federal Reserve, so during the 1912 election the bankers ran Teddy Roosevelt alongside him to split his votes, and then ran their associate Woodrow Wilson against them, with all of the candidates including Wilson campaigning against banking reform.  Once Wilson won the Presidency, “Colonel” Edward House was assigned by the bankers to be Wilson’s “advisor,” however it is shown that House was a “behind the scenes wire-puller” who was for all intents and purposes the President of the United States during the Wilson Presidency.  House wrote a fiction book entitled Phillip Dru, Administrator in the years previous which spoke about the formation of a world Communist government and also a League of Nations.  In 1913 the Federal Reserve Act was then pushed through Congress.

— The Federal Reserve controls the United States money supply and interest rates, which allows it to manipulate the entire economy by creating inflation or deflation, recession or boom, and sending the stock market up or down at the instructions of those who control it.  “Neither Presidents, Congressmen nor secretaries of the treasury direct the Federal Reserve!  In the matters of money the Federal Reserve directs them!”

— Congressman Wright Patman, Chairman of the House Banking Committee states: “In the United States today we have in effect two governments...  We have the duly constituted Government...  Then we have an independent, uncontrolled, and uncoordinated government in the Federal Reserve System, operating the money powers which are reserved to Congress by the Constitution.”

— Despite the Federal Reserve being promised as a system for ensuring the U.S. economy remaining stable, it has in fact been used to wildly steer the economy into cycles of boom and bust while being headed for eventual collapse.  The stock market crash of 1929 and the following Great Depression were intentionally created using the Federal Reserve.  Since the Great Depression, the Federal Reserve has been used to manipulate the stock market in continual smaller cycles of “boom” and “bust” which can be greatly exploited by those who have inside knowledge about how the Federal Reserve will behave.

Chapter Four - Bankrolling the Bolshevik Revolution

This chapter describes the specific activities of Establishment Insiders such as members of the Warburg, Morgan, Rockefeller and Schiff families being responsible for empowering the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia, as well as the Establishment’s subsequent activities of secretly supporting Communist Russia and other Marxist countries for ulterior motives of subjugating and exploiting those countries.  It is explained that the idea of Communism being a movement arising from the “downtrodden masses” is a fraud, but rather Communism is an arm of a bigger conspiracy to control the world by Establishment billionaires.

Following are key points from the chapter:

— The establishment of the Federal Reserve had allowed the bankers to run up the national debt and collect interest on it, and during the Wilson administration the debt increased by 800 percent.  Also an income tax was implemented on the American people in order to pay that debt, which was the second plank in Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto for socializing a country.

— At the turn of the century, a group of rural socialists called the “Populists,” were gaining influence, however they wrongly believed that “free enterprise” was the cause of the problems they identified, due to their not being aware of the banker-monopolists controlling the government; so J.P. Morgan infiltrated the movement and gave them funding to get their message out to the public.  The ideology of the Populist movement was actually “made to order” for the Insiders [Note: Soon to be the “Establishment”], and was thus exploited in order to concentrate power in government and restrict competition which greatly benefited the Monopolists.

— It is explained that political movements are never successful unless they attract big money and/or outside support.  “The great historian of the Twentieth Century, Oswald Spengler, was one of those who saw what American Liberals refuse to see— that the Left is controlled by its alleged enemy, the manufacturers of great wealth.”  Oswald wrote in his 1945 book Decline of the West: “There is no proletarian, not even a Communist movement, that has not operated in the interests of money.. —and without the idealists among its leaders having the slightest suspicion of the fact.”

— The Establishment industrialists used their implementation of income taxes to eliminate competition by building “escape hatches” into the legislation for their own business interests to avoid being taxed, such as the formation of the Rockefeller and Carnegie foundations.  Anti-trust acts were passed to supposedly break up the Standard Oil (Rockefeller) and U.S. Steel (Carnegie) monopolies, but their new foundations allowed them to compound their wealth tax-free while their competitors faced taxes which made it difficult to amass capital.

— Once the mechanism for the Insiders had been put in place to run up the debt, collect the taxes, and avoid paying their own taxes, they sought to become involved in a major war in order to run up the national debt, and Word War One was brewing in Europe.  Woodrow Wilson was re-elected in 1916 with the slogan “He Kept us Out of War!” but as soon as he was re-elected the Wall Street controlled newspapers began incessantly reporting about “the inevitability of war,” with Germany being painted as a monster who wanted to rule the world, but really the issue was just the fact that Germany was becoming too competitive with Britain.

— In order to help create an excuse to get the U.S. into World War One, an incident two years earlier was resurrected where the British ship the Lusitania was torpedoed by the Germans and given renewed headlines to falsely turn German submarine warfare into a major issue.  Despite the fact that the Germans had taken out advertisements in American newspapers at the time warning people to not travel on the ship due to it carrying munitions to the British (and it was even illegal for passengers to thus be on the ship in the first place), Congress declared war on April 6, 1917.

— The Insiders became very wealthy during World War One.  The Insider banker Bernard Baruch was made absolute dictator over American business when President Wilson appointed him to the War Industries Board, where he had control over all of the domestic contracts for the Allied war materials, and it was rumored on Wall Street that he netted $200 million for himself during the war.  A former partner of Baruch named Eugene Meyer headed the war finance corporation and also become very wealthy himself.

— World War One was a catastrophe for many reasons.  The war reversed the United State’s tradition of non-involvment; peace would have been quickly made between England and Germany if the U.S. had not entered the war; there would have been no collapse of Russia leading to Communism and no breakdown of government in Italy leading to Facism; and Naziism would have never gained ascendancy in Germany.  After years of fighting, World War One was a complete stalemate and would have ended in a negotiated settlement if the United States had not declared war on Germany.

— The “big lie” of Communism being installed in Russia was that it supposedly was a movement of the “downtrodden masses” rising up against exploitive bosses, which has been a deception that has been fostered about Communism since before the French Revolution in 1789.  Many people think that the Communists were successful in Russia because the people were overwhelmingly sick of the tyranny of the Czars.  When the Bolshevik Revolution happened in 1917, it was during a transition of power while Russia was in the process of being converted to a government similar to the United States, but a so-called “democrat socialist” named Kerensky was in power in the meantime and he continued Russia’s involvement in World War One and offered amnesty for 250,000 Communists and other revolutionaries who had been exiled after the Red Revolution of 1905.  In the Soviet Union as in every Communist country, the power had come from the “top down,” rather than from the “downtrodden masses.”

— In 1917, Czar Nicolas abdicated the throne after riots happened in Petrograd due to the transportation system shutting down, which led to factories being closed.  During this time Lenin was in exile in Switzerland, and Trotsky was in exile in New York City working as reporter for a Lower East Side Communist newspaper.  Both were sent back to Russia.  They came to power not because the people in Russia called them back in, but rather because they were sent back in by powerful people in the U.S. and Europe for ulterior motives.  Lenin was sent by the German banker Max Warburg on a train carrying $5 to $6 million in gold, and Trotsky was given a passport by Woodrow Wilson and Colonel House.  Trotsky was also released from being impounded by the Canadians en route through their intervention as well.  When Trotsky and Lenin met up in Russia they were able to hire enough thugs through bribery to seize control of essentially only the city of Petrograd, which was years before the Soviets were able to solidify their power throughout Russia.

— The German Max Warburg was most responsible for financing Lenin by presenting the case to the German Kaiser during the war as being helpful to Germany because it sent Russian troops home, however the Kaiser did not know of Warburg’s plan to foment a Communist revolution in Russia.  (Also Max’s brother Paul Warburg was instrumental in establishing the American Federal Reserve System.)

— The father-in-law of another one of the Warburg brothers named Jacob Schiff sank $20 million into the Bolshevik Revolution as reported in 1949 by The New York Journal-American by quoting Jacob’s grandson, John Schiff.

— One of the best sources of information about the financing of the Bolshevik Revolution is the book Czarism and the Revolution by a non-Communist Russian General named Arsene de Goulevitch who founded the French group “The Union of Oppressed Peoples.”  The book explains Jacob Schiff’s fundamental role in funding the revolution, as well as the roles of Max Warburg and Olaf Aschberg.

— Since Schiff was Jewish and his financing of the Bolshevik Revolution was known in certain circles, it eventually led to rumors of Bolshevism being a Jewish plot, however the bankrolling in fact came from the Establishment international bankers which also included Morgan and Rockefeller.

— During World War One when Morgan, Rockefeller and others bankrolled the Bolsheviks, it returned Bolshevik troops to Russia that freed many German troops to concentrate more of their fighting to kill hundreds of thousands of American and British troops, which was treason on the part of the bankers.

— A number of reasons existed for the capitalists to be interested in financing the Russian Revolution.  Russia was the only major European country without a central bank, and the Communists being given a homeland in Russia gave the West an “enemy” which could be exploited by the international bankers for endless ulterior motives.  The world’s richest industrialists such as the Rockefellers, Schiffs, Morgans, and Warburgs financed the Bolshevik Revolution despite its claim that its very existence was to strip the wealth of such people.  The industrialists essentially purchased the real estate of the entire country of Russia, along with its mineral rights, for only between $30 and $40 million.

— Along with Russia being controlled by the West through economic means, they also have enforcer arms such as the SMERSH organization whose activities had been described in Congressional testimony.

— Not only did the American financiers greatly help to establish Communism in Russia, but they also have striven ever since to keep Communism alive by continually transferring money and technology to the Soviet Union.  A three volume history Western Technology and Soviet Economic Development by scholar Anthony Sutton, who used Official State Department documents, shows that essentially everything the Soviets posses has been acquired from the United States.

— The Industrialists were instrumental in empowering Communism since its inception.  In 1933, FDR was pushed into recognizing Russia which saved it from financial collapse, and at the same time the bankers were underwriting loans for the new regime of Adolph Hitler.  In 1941, they rushed to the aid of the United State’s “Noble Ally” Stalin when he broke with Hitler, and after the war the Establishment carved up Europe and set up a China policy described by Owen Lattimore: “The problem was how to allow them [Free China] to fall without making it look as if the United States had pushed them.”

— The only possible conclusion that can be drawn from the information in this chapter is that the idea of Communism being a movement “arising from the downtrodden masses” is a fraud.  Communism is an arm of a bigger conspiracy to control the world by power-mad billionaires and brilliant academics who show them how to use their power.  A historical trend has existed of scholars looking for avenues of power showing the “sons of the very powerful” how their wealth could be used to rule the world.

— It is noted that the international bankers are only one segment of the conspiracy.  Other segments work to foment labor, religious and racial strife in order to promote socialism, which is described in many other books.  Also, only certain bankers and businessmen have been in on the conspiracy, and a distinction must be drawn between healthy competitive free enterprise and cartel capitalism dominated by industrial monopolists and international bankers who use the government to force the public to do business with them.

— The chapter closes with the following:

Liberals are willing to believe that these “robber barons” will fix prices, rig markets, establish monopolies, buy politicians, exploit employees and fire them the day before they are eligible for pensions, but they absolutely will not believe that these same men would want to rule the world or would use Communism as the striking edge of their conspiracy.  When one discusses the machinations of these men, Liberals usually will respond by saying, “But don’t you think they mean well?”  However, if you think with logic, reason and precision in this field and try to expose these power seekers, the Establishment’s mass media will accuse you of being a dangerous paranoid who is “dividing” our people.  In every other area, of course, they encourage dissent as being healthy in a “democracy.”

Chapter Five - Establishing the Establishment

This chapter details the elite organizations the United Nations, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Round Table Group, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, and the Bilderberg Group, explaining how they have been formed, how they are associated with each other, and how they all share the same goals of establishing a world government.

Following are key points from the chapter:

— One of the main reasons the Insiders worked behind the scenes to foment World War One was to use it as a stepping stone to create a world government via a “League of Nations.”  Just as it is important to control national governments in order to form national monopolies, it would be necessary to control a world government in order to form international monopolies or cartels.  However, after the war when Woodrow Wilson attempted to create support for the formation of the League of Nations, the idea was met with resistance and disillusionment on “Main Street.”  The American public distrusted European countries and their treaties, and they were becoming increasingly knowledgeable about the fact that all sides of World War One were equally guilty.  So, without American inclusion in the treaty, there could be no world government.

— Woodrow Wilson’s “alter ego” and controller Colonel House wrote in a fiction book called Phillip Dru, Administrator in 1912 about a strategy of a “conspiracy” to install only controlled candidates into the election primaries, in order to use both the Democrat and Republican parties for promoting a world government.

— In 1919, Colonel House met in Paris with members of a British secret society called The Round Table in order to create an organization which would promote the creation of a world government to the citizenry of America and Europe, with the selling point being “creating world peace.”  At the meeting, House met with the diamond magnate Cecil Rhodes who created The Round Table in order to fulfill his lifelong dream of creating a “New World Order” where British rule would be extended throughout the world.  As a result of the meeting, the United States based Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and the British based Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) were created as independent bodies that would closely associate with each other.  Essentially the entire Insider crowd were founding members of the CFR, such as the Morgans, Rockefellers, Federal Reserve creators such as Paul Warburg, and others such as Jacob Schiff, Averell Harriman, Frank Vanderlip, Nelson Aldrich, and Bernard Baruch.  The CFR then became known as “The Establishment.”

— Despite the CFR maintaining a membership of close to 1500 of the most elite from the worlds of government, labor, business, finance, and communications, and despite the fact that it has staffed essentially every key position in every Presidential Administration since FDR, the CFR is almost completely unknown due to a news media blackout about the organization over the decades.

— As World War II approached, The Round Table Group was influential in seeing that Hitler was not stopped in Austria, the Rhineland, or Sudetenland— and thereby they were largely responsible for precipitating the holocaust.  A second World War would be another opportunity to create an excuse for forming a world government.  The financing of Hitler’s rise to power was handled through the Warburg-controlled Mendelsohn Bank and later through the Henry Schroeder Bank whose legal counsel was John Foster and Allan Dulles.  (See the 1950 book All Honorable Men by James Martin.)

— The CFR worked to control the U.S. State Department to make sure there would not be any slip-ups in establishing a world government as there had been after World War One.  The group which designed the United Nations included at least forty-seven CFR members, including many Communist spies such as Alger Hiss and Harry Dexter White.  Political Affairs wrote an article in its April 1945 issue calling for the importance of rendering any opposition to the formation of the UN and its treaties impotent in order for the Senate to be able to have enough popular support for the bill.

— The book states: “CFR members were at the elbow of the American President at Tehran, Potsdam, and Yalta— where hundreds of millions of human beings were being delivered into the hands of Joseph Stalin, vastly extending the power of the International Communist Conspiracy. ... The goal of the CFR is to abolish the United States with its Constitutional guarantees of liberty.”

— International banking organizations, major corporations, socialist organizations, major foundations, and all major media outlets have members in the CFR, with the media involvement being so complete and pervasive that word never gets out about the organization.

— Every administration since FDR has been dominated by the CFR, with the Nixon Administration setting an all-time record by appointing over 110 CFR members, including Henry Kissinger who is thought of as Nixon’s “Colonel House.”  Kissinger represents the exact opposite of everything Nixon claimed to stand for during his campaign.

— Carrol Quigley wrote in Tragedy and Hope: “There does exist, and has for generations, an international ...  network which operates, to a certain extent, in the way the radical right believes the Communists act.  In fact, this network, which we identify as The Round Table Groups, has no aversion to cooperating with the Communists, or any other groups, and frequently does so.[Emphasis added]

— An “international” group similar to the CFR exists, known as the Bilderberg Group, which is much more secretive than the CFR.  The Bilderberg group was created by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, who is an important figure in Royal Dutch Petroleum.  Bilderbergers also have an agenda of world government, and Americans who attend are essentially all CFR members.

Chapter Six - The Rockefellers and the Reds

This chapter talks about the Rockefeller family’s history of involvement with Communist regimes such as the Soviet Union, starting with their financial and political support of the Bolshevik revolution in the 1920’s, their purchase of many of Russia’s oil fields, their installation of Western based banks in Russia, and their continually infusing Russia with sensitive Western technology and essentially all of the country’s heavy industry, including during the Vietnam war.

Following are key points from the chapter:

— The involvement of the Rockefellers with their supposed “blood enemies” the Communists dates back to the Bolshevik Revolution in the 1920s when Lenin established his New Economic Policy and invited the supposedly hated industrialists back into the country.

— The Establishment was pushing to immediately open Communist Russia to U.S. trade, but it was the official U.S. policy at the time not to deal with the Bolsheviks because of strong public opinion against them due to their barbarism  The U.S. did not officially recognize the Bolsheviks until 1933, and in the meantime their economy was in shambles and its people were starving to death.  The Bolsheviks were originally saved from collapse by Herbert Hoover, who raised money for food that Lenin then used as a tool to subdue starving peasants who had been resisting the Bolsheviks.  Communism would have collapsed if it was not for such initial financial aid from the Establishment, and following being saved from collapse the Vanderlip, Harriman and Rockefeller families then became involved.

— The Rockefellers used their public relations agent Ivy Lee to try to sell the idea to the public that the Bolsheviks were “merely misunderstood idealists who were actually kind benefactors of mankind,” and he stated, “..  the Communist problem is merely psychological.”  He also attempted to cause confusion by talking about “Russians” and not “Communists,” concluding “they are all right.”  He suggested the United States should not engage in propaganda; it should make a plea for peaceful coexistence; and he suggested the United States would find it sound policy to recognize the USSR and give it financial aid.

— After the Bolshevik Revolution, Rockfeller’s Standard Oil of New Jersey bought half of the oil fields in the country despite the fields supposedly being nationalized, and in 1927 Standard Oil built a refinery in Russia that helped put the Bolshevik economy on its feet.  A subsidiary of Standard Oil called “Vacuum Oil Company” made a deal to market Soviet oil in Europe and arranged a loan of $75 million to the Bolsheviks.

— Wherever Standard Oil went, so did the Chase National Bank, and the bank helped to save the Bolsheviks by helping to establish the American-Russian chamber of Commerce in 1922, which mapped out a complete program of financing Soviet exports to the United States and imports of U.S. cotton and machinery.  Also the Chase National Bank was a leader in the Soviet credit business.  Chase Bank was involved in selling Bolshevik Bonds in the U.S. in 1928.  Chase was often denounced in the U.S. as an “international fence” and “disgrace” for its dealings with the Bolsheviks.  Congressman Louis McFadden, chairman of the House Banking Commission said in a speech to Congress in 1933: “...  you will be staggered to see how much American money has been taken from the United States’ Treasury for the benefit of Russia.”

— It is shown in the 1968 book by Anthony Sutton Western Technology and Soviet Economic Development, 1917-1930 that the technological development of the Soviet Union was literally manufactured by the U.S.A., with two-thirds of all large industries being built with United States help or technological assistance— and in the meantime the U.S. is spending $75 billion a year on defense to protect itself from the “enemy” the Establishment is building up!

— In 1966 President Lyndon Johnson filled his administration with CFR members and removed trade restrictions on more than four hundred types of commodities to the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, with nearly all of them being indirectly useful in the Vietnam war despite being labeled as non-strategic— including rifle cleaning compounds, radar equipment, and tools which can manufacture weapons such as machine guns.  Nearly 50,000 Americans have died in Vietnam, and the North Vietnamese receive 85 percent of their war materials from Russia and the Soviet Bloc nations, which in turn are entirely depended on Western Aid supplied by the Establishment.

— In a 1967 New York Times article it is explained that Rockefeller is planning to built ten rubber goods plants including two synthetic rubber plants worth $200 million in Russia to go along with new automobile plants.  The Nixon Administration had increased trade with the Russians tenfold, including building the world’s largest truck factory at the time for the Soviets, which could be converted to the production of tanks as has been done with similar plants during World War II.  The Rockefellers constructed a $50 million aluminum processing plant which could be used for the manufacture of fighter jets.  Also the article explains that the Rockefellers have a monopoly on the transfer of technology to the Soviets.

“Only the technicality of the lack of a formal declaration of war prevents the Rockefellers’ trading in the blood of dead Americans [in Veitnam] as being actionable as treason.”  Rockefeller interests purchased American weapons patents for the Russians which makes the Rockefellers essentially in charge of research and development for the Soviet Military machine, allowing the Soviets to mass-produce American developments which took decades of American research and development, while at the same time the Establishment directs the payments of $75 billion yearly on defense for the U.S.

— In 1964 David Rockefeller took a “vacation” to the Soviet Union, and a few days later Nikita Khrshchev had been fired from his position as the head of the Communist Party in the USSR.  Despite the Communists claiming for five decades that they will destroy the “super rich” such as Rockefeller, we find the truth being that the Rockefellers had been the main force behind building up the Soviets.

— Nelson Rockefeller and Richard Nixon are portrayed as being bitter political competitors, but it is shown that Nixon was entirely supported by Rockefeller since 1962 when Nixon went to work for the law firm of Rockefeller’s personal attorney John Mitchell, while also living as a neighbor of Rockefeller in a high rise which Rockefeller owned.  Nixon was elected president on a platform of anti-Communism, but he appointed the ultra left wing Henry Kissinger to be his chief foreign policy advisor, who had served Rockefeller for five years as an advisor on foreign affairs and was a paid staff member at the CFR.

Chapter Seven - Pressure from Above and Pressure from Below

This chapter describes techniques used to deceive the public about the real agendas that are being implemented by the Establishment.  It is explained how Richard Nixon was elected as a “geunine” conservative but then entirely changed his behavior to forward Establishment socialist agendas once he took office.  Also explained is the Establishment’s agenda of deceptively creating a “One World Government” which they control, and their use of secretly controlling opposition groups such as Students for a Democratic Society, the Black Panthers, the Yippies, and the Young Socialist Alliance.

Following are key points from the chapter:

— Despite Richard Nixon being perceived as a conservative, an examination of his actions shows him to be very liberal, with his conservative public perception allowing him to push programs through that liberals would not be able to get away with.  Columnist Stuart Aslop wrote at the time:

“..  If only the Liberal’s Pavlovian response to the Nixon name could be eliminated, they would realize how far left he is.  ...  For one thing, there is a sort of unconscious conspiracy between the President and his natural enemies, the liberal Democrats, to conceal the extent to which his basic program, leaving aside frills and rhetoric, is really a Liberal Democratic program.  Richard Nixon is the first ‘real Republican’ to be elected President in 40 years— and it is not in the self interest of liberals to give credit to such a President for liberal initiatives...  When the President cuts back real military strength [during the Vietnam war] more sharply than in a quarter of a century, the liberals attack him for failing to ‘reorder priorities.’  The President, in his rhetoric about a ‘strong defense,’ plays the same game.  ...”

— The Nixon “game plan” was a large scale implementation of a strategy of his Administration masquerading as the opposite of what it actually is, by posing as being conservative and against “big government,” but actually implementing much Socialist legislation.  He introduced programs such as the Family Assistance Program (FAP) which provided a guaranteed annual income and doubled the amount of welfare recipients while also greatly empowering the executive branch of the federal government.  He also introduced a plan for revenue sharing with the states which was claimed to be a step toward decentralization of federal government power, but the reality of the program did the exact opposite due to the money first needing to go from the states to Washington D.C. before it could be shared, being meant to get the states hooked on federal funds which would then be followed by additional controls being added later.

— Nixon then shocked the people who voted for him by suddenly labeling himself as “Keynsian” in economics, being tantamount to declaring “I am now a Socialist,” by following the philosophies of John Maynard Keynes, the English economist and socialist who was promoting “the euthanasia of Capitalism.”

— The internationally syndicated column of CFR member James Reston wrote in 1971: “The Nixon budget is so complex, so unlike the Nixon of the past, so un-Republican that it defies rational analysis ...  The Nixon budget is more planned, has more welfare in it, and has a bigger predicted deficit than any other budget of this century.”  In 1967 Nixon campaigned against exorbitant spending by the Democrats, but by his third year in office he drastically outspent the most he said his predecessor should spend.

— In order to halt inflation, Nixon had instituted wage and price controls, with most Americans approving— however they did not understand what they were approving of due to most people not knowing the real cause of inflation and being kept in the dark about the matter by the Establishment media.  Inflation is caused by the increase of the supply of money, and to say that a wage-price spiral is caused by inflation is like saying wet streets cause rain, and Nixon showed that he understood that fact in a speech he gave a few years earlier.

— The book then explains why a totalitarian government can’t exist without wage and price controls.

— After socializing the United States, the plan of the Establishment is then to merge the nations of the world into a dictatorial world government which they call “The New World Order.”  A world government has always been the goal of Communists such as Lenin.  One of the most important groups promoting the “world union” is the United World Federalists (UWF) which interlocks with the CFR.  World government is made to seem appealing through a promise of it ensuring the creation of world peace, and the Establishment has the Communists rattling their sabers with one hand while dangling an olive branch with the other— with the public not understanding that the Establishment is in control of both.  World government requires a world supreme court and a world police force, both of which Nixon strongly endorsed.

— The Establishment supports exercises of planning dramatic reconfiguration of the world’s populations in order to eventually implement their dictatorship, such as through the use of a Ford, Carnegie, and Rockefeller Foundation funded world map at Southern Illinois University, which is three football fields large and exists for the purpose of the academic study of how to control people.  Commonly planned for is the implementation of systematic population reduction via sterilization and other methods.  In order for the Establishment to be able to carry out such objectives, they need to have centralized control of the nations of the world, which starts with socialization of each of the individual nations involving eliminating local police forces and removing guns from the hands of the citizenry, as well as replacing free constitutional republics such as the United States with an all-powerful central government.

— The Establishment are known for using a tactic of “Pressure from Above and Pressure from Below.”  The “Pressure from Above” comes from the influence of secretive official Establishment organizations, and the “Pressure from Below” comes from Establishment controlled radicalized mobs in the streets.  “The street rioters are pawns, shills, puppets, and dupes for an oligarchy of elite conspirators working from above to turn America’s limited government into an unlimited government with total control over our lives and property.”

— Groups such as the CFR associated Students for a Democratic Society, the Black Panthers, the Yippies, and the Young Socialist Alliance attempt to claim that if America does not become “socialist” then the country will be lost.  Most of the members of these groups sincerely believe that they are fighting the Establishment, but it reality they are tools of the Establishment for forwarding socialist causes, which is the reason such groups are mostly allowed to roam free, are protected, and are almost never arrested or prosecuted.  Therefore the radicals do the work of those who they hate the most.

— The Establishment had created a grass-roots proletarian organization called the “Common Cause,” which is portrayed as being “anti-Establishment.”  The organization is largely made up of people who are benefiting from government assistance programs, and they are instructed to work to register voters who will vote for Socialism.  The financing for the group whose aim is supposedly to “overthrow the rich and redistribute their wealth among the poor” comes from many wealthy CFR Establishment members such as the Rockefellers, and the chairmen of companies such as Time, Inc., IBM, Standard Oil, and Xerox— being yet another example of socialism not actually being a movement of the downtrodden masses but rather of power hungry global elitists.

Chapter Eight - You are the Answer

This chapter describes the importance of acting on information learned in this book, and it lists some potentially effective ways of getting the word out for ensuring that increasing numbers of anti-Establishment candidates gain political office.  It is explained that the Establishment will not give America preferential treatment in the final implementation of world government, and they may even commit domestic terror attacks in order to achieve and maintain their dictatorship.  The Establishment is counting on the citizens of the United States to not bother to become informed and mobilize against their activities.  [Note: Remember this book was written in 1971, and much of what is predicted has since come true.]

Following are key points from the chapter:

— Many people who feel that the situation is hopeless after learning the information in this book are often the same people who initially did not believe the political problems facing us were very serious in the first place, however the Establishment can be defeated if enough people strive to make a difference.

— Nixon did the exact opposite of just about every promise he made to the public, such as his establishing wage and price controls, multiplying government spending, creating guaranteed annual incomes, bringing Communist China into the UN, disarming America’s defenses, and doubling aid to Communist countries.  Many of these were issues that his opponent Hubert Humphrey promised during his campaign.

— Conspiracies can only survive in the dark, and the Establishment can be stopped if their activities and agendas are given public exposure.  It is important for many people to mobilize and get others to realize that they have been conned, and the best way to spread the word is to become familiar with the facts and to distribute information such as this book.

— When the Republicans try to reelect Nixon in 1972, they will attempt to make you forget that he implemented his opponent’s promises, and he will once again talk conservatively while the CFR’s Democratic opposition candidate will sound frighteningly radical to scare people into voting for Nixon again as the lesser of the two evils.  A big danger exists of Communist agendas being pushed during Republican administrations due to the fact that most people can’t believe that a Republican would be “soft on Communism,” therefore the watchdogs go to sleep.

— Just because many of the Establishment are theoretically American, don’t think that they will spare the U.S. the terror that they have brought to thirty other countries through their hired Communist thugs.  To the Establishment, the world is their only country and their only loyalty is to themselves and their fellow conspirators.

— From the book:

“Being an American to them means no more than being an honorary citizen of Bali would mean to you.  It has not bothered their consciences one iota that millions of your fellow human beings have been murdered, including 50,000 of your own sons in Vietnam.  In order to solidify their power in the United States, they will need to do here the same things they have done in other countries.  They will establish and maintain their dictatorship though stark terror.  The terror does not end with the complete takeover of the Republic, rather then terror just begins  ...  for total, all encompassing terror it is an absolute necessity to keep a dictatorship in power.  ...  Terror requires murdering and imprisoning people at random  ...  even many of those who helped them come to power.”

Following are Fourteen signposts on the road to totalitarianism as written by historian Dr. Warren Carroll:

1.  Restrictions of taking money out of the country and the establishment of a foreign bank account by a U.S. Citizen.

2.  Abolition of private ownership of handguns.

3.  Detention of individuals without due process.

4.  Requirements of private financial transactions being keyed with social security numbers for the purpose of government records of those transactions.

5.  Use of compulsory education laws to forbid attendance at private schools.

6.  Compulsory non-military service.

7.  Compulsory physiological treatment for non-government workers or public school children.

8.  An official declaration that anti-Communist organizations are subversive and subsequent legal action is taken to to suppress them.

9.  Laws limiting the number of people allowed to meet in private houses.

10.  Any significant change in passport regulations to make passports more difficult to obtain and use.

11.  Wage and price controls, especially in a non-wartime situation.

12.  Any kind of compulsory registration with the government of where individuals work.

13.  Any attempt to restrict freedom of movement within the United States.

14.  Any attempt to make a new major law by executive decree (that is, actually put into effect, not merely authorized as by existing executive orders.)

(President Nixon has already invoked numbers 1, 11, and 14.  Steps 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, 12, and 13 have already been proposed and are being campaigned by organized groups.)

— Wether you are very wealthy or a pauper, unless you are a member of the Establishment, you are ultimately their victim.

— The Establishment is counting on you to be too lazy or preoccupied with your own problems to fight back while the chains of slavery are being fastened on you.  They are counting on the mass media to con you, frighten you, or ridicule you out of saving your freedom, and they are counting on you thinking that you can escape by not taking part in opposing their takeover.  Also they are counting on many who recognize the conspiracy to be so mesmerized by the mechanisms of it that they will forget to take part acting to oppose it.

— The billion people who have been enslaved by Communism had also thought: “It can’t happen here!”

— Winston Churchill told the people of England: “If you will not fight for the right when you cannot easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come home to the moment when you will have to fight with all odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival.  ...  There may even be a worse fate.  You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than live as slaves.”

— For those who decide to do something to “end run” the conspiracy, it is important to immediately start to act, to pass out the necessary information informing others including this book and also books by the John Birch Society, and to work to ensure that retailers carry the book.  It would be a good idea to focus on communicating to your local voting precinct, which could make a great difference.  Also it is possible to block the Establishment by electing appropriate Congressmen to the House of Representatives.

— Never contribute money to Republican and Democratic national committees, as the money will not reach the anti-CFR Establishment candidates.  Be sure to contribute only directly to the appropriate candidates.

— If you do not consider yourself a good “salesman,” you could at least help to ensure increased distribution of this book.
