This article examines long-term “Globalist Establishment” political agendas that have been advancing seamlessly over many decades of presidential administrations.
“Globalism” involves long-term strategies of consolidation and exploitation of nations through taking control of their economies and eroding their national sovereignties.
Background information is explained showing how little-known political elite individuals control the political process of the United States and most of the rest of the world through selecting and controlling political candidates, controlling the mainstream media, and fraudulently altering election results.
Specific Globalist aspects of each of the Presidential Administrations from Ronald Reagan to Joe Biden are examined and summarized.
[Note: May 30, 2021— I haven’t yet made a Donald Trump section for this article, although I suppose I should. I do think that Trump was very preferable to the other presidents, even though he was certainly not perfect. I think his lack of popularity was at least partially caused by his supporters not appropriately calling him out when it was necessary to do so in order to “clear the air” about the various issues.]

Passages are included from his books “Tragedy and Hope” (1966), and “The Anglo-American Establishment” (1982). Both books provide important information about little known long-term agendas of the most elite bureaucracies that run the world today.
Following are references to the workings of the “Anglo-American Establishment” which operate in “Roundtable Groups” such as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, and the “Club of Rome.” Quigley had been an archivist for the CFR and an insider in such groups for over twenty years when he wrote the book “Tragedy and Hope” in 1966.

On page 1247 of “Tragedy and Hope,” regarding the two-party, Left vs. Right system, Quigley stated:
“The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to the doctrinaire and academic thinkers.
“Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so the American people can 'throw the rascals out' at any election without leading to any profound or extreme shifts in policy.”
Quigley, on page 324 of “Tragedy and Hope,” states:
“The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole.
“This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences.
“The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations.
“Each central bank sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians.”
